An Exception from English Proficiency requirements may be granted in the following cases:

• If you have successfully completed thirty (30) transferable, academic semester credits at a regionally or nationally accredited college or university in Canada.
• If you have successfully completed the equivalent of thirty (30) transferable, academic semester credits at a recognized college or university in a country in which English is the official language.
• If you have successfully completed the equivalent of thirty (30) transferable, academic semester credits at a recognized college or university in the Philippines where English is the sole language of instruction.
• If you have successfully completed the equivalent of thirty (30) transferable, academic semester credits at a recognized institution where English is the sole medium of instruction. This can be verified by a CRS in University Services via the International Handbook of Universities or on official letterhead sent directly from the institution to the campus. This should be a letter sent directly from the institution, on institution letterhead,to Meritus University stating English is the sole medium of instruction.
